Congratulations to the Brigidine College Randwick Class of 2025 on your outstanding Higher School Certificate (HSC) results!
Our school climbed 14 places in The Sydney Morning Herald rankings, placing 53rd in the state—the highest ranking among Sydney Catholic Schools.
We recorded 178 Distinguished Achievers, three All Rounders and six Top Achievers, with 26.6 per cent of students receiving Band 6s and Band E4s, and 56 per cent of students achieving an ATAR of more than 85.
Four students also received nominations across the HSC Showcases.
Principal Adrian Eussen congratulated Year 12 on their fantastic achievements.
“These are outstanding results, we’re very impressed with their efforts,” he said.
“This success is due to quality teaching, knowing each student, quality feedback, protection of learning time, high expectations, support of each student holistically and a community that works together, knowing the subject area.”
SUCCESS ACROSS THE SYSTEM
Sydney Catholic Schools is celebrating an outstanding year of achievement with the Class of 2025 delivering some of the strongest HSC results in the system’s history.
Nearly 4,500 SCS students completed HSC exams this year, collectively achieving 2,875 Distinguished Achievers listings, 43 Top Achievers, 53 All Rounders. Five schools ranked among the top 100 high schools in NSW in The Sydney Morning Herald HSC rankings, with 17 schools in the top 150.
Sydney Catholic Schools again enjoyed incredible success across the Creative and Performing Arts and Vocational Education and Training (VET), with students receiving a record 321 nominations across HSC Showcases, and 1,989 nationally recognised VET Certificate II and III qualifications.
